1. Appearance : light brown liquid. |

6. Stability: Stable in acidity (pH 4 - 5) and alkalescence solution, unstable in concentrated acid and cation copper salt, sediments will be emerged when using hard water and cation auxiliaries |
2.Scope of application |
1. Enhance the wet fastness of acid dyes in nylon fiber and fabric. |
2. Enhance the wet fastness of cationic dyes in modified nylon fabric. |
3. Used to direct dyes in blended nylon / cotton fabric (N/C), nicer result of resist to nylon. |
3.Characters |
1. This product is liquid, transport and load easily; dissolved in warm water, dilute and confect easilyand be used in production. |
2. No changes of the color after fixing on the whole. |
3. No foam when using. |
| 4. No harmful effects to light fastness after using, and can improve water fastness, washing fastness, seawater fastness, perspiration fastness and so on. |
5.Avoided white underside deep-dyed super to other products. |
4. Applied method |
1. Enhance the wet fastness of acid dyes in nylon fiber. |
GD-GSF dosage: |
1 ~ 3% (o.w.f). |
pH: 4.5 (adjusted by acetic acid). |
Temperature: 70 ~ 80°C.Time: 20 ~ 30 minutes. |
2. Enhance the wet fastness of cationic dyes in modified nylon fabric. |
GD-GSF dosage: 1 ~ 3% (o.w.f). |
pH: 5 ~ 6 (adjusted by acetic acid). |
Temperature : 50 ~ 60°C. |
| Time : 20 ~ 30 minutes. |
3.Used direct dyes in N/C fiber, please consult the interrelated technics , made GD-GSF as nylon fiber resist. |
